Vacation to Brian Head...

We spent a wonderful weekend with Tom's family at a Cabin in Brian Head. We were able to take some fun visits to Kolab Canyon, Zion's, Cedar Breaks, Panguich Lake, Navajo Lake and some Falls. Zion's was so hot that I got a heat stroke headache that made me sick. After throwing up all day I felt much better and was able to enjoy the rest of the vacation. The girls loved going to the lakes and wading in the water. Ashley's favorite was throwing rocks into the lake and Brinkley used her stick to play in the water. We had such a fun time... Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for taking us on Vacation!

Legal Guardianship

We were able to go before a Judge today and he granted us Legal Guardianship of Ashley. It means that we now have all the ability to take care of her and make decisions for her. The girls were so good and everything went very smoothly. We are hoping that within a few more months we will be able to petition the court for adoption. One major milestone down! We are very happy about it.

Yard Work Helper...

Thanks to our family for helping us get the sprinkler lines in this weekend. It rained, but they got it done. Brinkley was so happy to be outside climbing in the dirt and using her tools to help. That's one big job done, and we are so glad!
